Booking Information
Bookings & Payment
- To make a booking please email us at info@eastwoodhousedunkeld.com or call 01350727447
- Minimum 3 nights booking.
- Booking Deposit: 30% of full booking value.
- Balance Payment: Due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
- Good Housekeeping Deposit: £100 refunded after stay.
- Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date will require to be paid in full.

Price Includes
- Bed linen, towels & tea towels
- Nespresso machine & capsules, tea, sugar, milk, salt & pepper
- Cleaning essentials, bin bags & toilet roll
- WC/shower room essentials: hand towels, hand wash & loo roll
- Utilities – included in hire rate
- Wifi
- 1 basket of logs, kindling and paper for the stove to get you started
- There is a further supply of logs to purchase @ £7 per bag

Workshop Restrictions
- No Fireworks
- There is no parking adjacent to the workshop but there is a designated parking space 50m away
- Septic tank: the Workshop is served by a private septic tank, so we ask all guests to safeguard the smooth running of our system by using the disposal bags & bin provided in the WC/shower room for anything other than loo roll
- Noise policy: We ask that no music systems are played outside
